Service Description

This class explores Totto-chan by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi, focusing on language, themes, and cultural context. Students will read and analyse key passages, develop vocabulary and grammar in context, and discuss ideas such as education, childhood, individuality, and post-war Japanese society. The course encourages close reading, discussion, and written responses in Japanese, making it ideal for A-Level students and advanced learners with an interest in Japanese literature and culture.
